Associate Attorney

We are a boutique family law firm in South Jersey seeking a motivated

• Associate Attorney
• to join our growing practice. Our firm focuses primarily on family law matters, with additional work in criminal defense.
• Responsibilities :

Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters.

Appear in Court handling trials, motions, and other litigation related proceedings.

Conduct client consultations and prepare case strategies.

Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence.

Assist with criminal defense cases as needed, including legal research, drafting motions, and appearing in court.

• Qualifications :

Must be licensed and eligible to practice law in New Jersey.

Family law experience is preferred but not required.

Interest in handling both family law and criminal defense.

Strong interpersonal skills, as the position requires significant client contact.

Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask is a must.

Preferably resides in New Jersey.

• Compensation :

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

The firm offers a 401(k) match, profit sharing, and health benefits.

In addition to base compensation, the firm offers origination commissions for client matters brought in by the attorney as well as bonuses at the partners discretion.
