Salary : $40,000- $50,000 per year

  • Primary Responsibilities :

Site Preparation : Operate a blower to clean the streets and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring they are free of debris.

  • Assist with Painting Operations : Help push the painting machine under supervision, ensuring accuracy and consistency during application.
  • Traffic Control : Set up cones, signs, and barriers to manage traffic flow as needed, and assist with flagging if licensed.
  • General Labor : Perform various tasks as directed, including moving materials, cleaning up the site, and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Requirements :

    • Physical Requirements : Able to handle physically demanding tasks, lift and carry materials, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Flagger License

    • (Preferred) : Licensed flaggers are preferred, as they can contribute to traffic control when necessary.

  • Experience : Prior experience in construction, roadway work, or manual labor is a plus.
  • Reliability : Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to take direction from the Foreman and Foreman Assistant.
