Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst I is responsible for conducting various routine and ad hoc reporting including historical and projected statistical, financial, labor, productivity, and patient-level financial reports. This individual provides analytical support and education to operational leaders across Children's Mercy to facilitate informed decision making.

This is a remote role, but candidates must live within the KC Metro.

Incumbent must have advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Maintains data integrity and privacy :

• Gain a thorough understanding of the flow of data through the FP&A systems including inputs from source systems and outputs
• Gain a thorough understanding of the dimension tables within the FP&A systems

Creates regular and ad hoc reports and performs analysis for various levels of leadership throughout the organization :

Serve as a strategic partner with leaders throughout the organization by respectfully investigating and answering financial questions :

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.54 / hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
