Product Research Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Research.

Key Responsibilities :

Convert global & regionalized phishing & social engineering threats into effective training content

Own and curate the phishing + social engineering content portfolio, ensuring it meets product requirements

Collaborate with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness + Human Risk Management outcomes

Required Qualifications :

Experience in triaging business email compromise and performing initial access root cause analysis

Proficiency with HTML and CSS

Experience managing phishing simulation services and analyzing simulation results

Social engineering and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) experience, including relevant coursework or certifications

Experience in creating content and messaging for educational purposes
