Job Description

Assist in managing day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth workflows. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Inspect work to verify adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules. Communicate progress updates to the project manager and stakeholders as needed. Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum. Support the Superintendent in all aspects of construction management.

The Successful Applicant
