A company is looking for a Capital Planning Analyst responsible for leading strategy and analytics in lifecycle refurbishment planning and data management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data management, conducting audits and managing system updates
Generate reports and analysis on building asset data and operational reporting
Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in facilities management or real estate preferred
Analytics and / or reporting experience
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience in business requirements analysis and technical architecture development
