About the Position :
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support plant operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, controls, and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on conveyors, mixers, kilns, motors, and automated systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain wiring, panels, sensors, relays, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Work with PLCs and other control systems to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Assist in equipment upgrades, installations, and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety and lockout / tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
