CDSO Enrollment Counselor Lead Nurture & Student Success
Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective students. Use data-driven lead-nurture strategies, personalized advising, and coordinated hand-offs to academic staff to maximize qualified applications and admitted applicant yield across CDSO's at-scale programs.
Engage prospective students by email, webinars, phone, SMS, and one-to-one appointments; qualify their goals, articulate program differentiators, and counsel them through application milestones.
Develop and execute multi-touch communication plans in Salesforce and associated marketing-automation tools; monitor funnel health, adjust cadences, and surface insights to marketing and leadership teams.
Collaborate with CDSO admissions, registrar, and student-success staff to ensure seamless transitions from inquiry to enrollment and matriculation.
Provide data-informed recommendations that improve access, fairness, and persistence, drawing on best practices in adult and online learner success.
Maintain expert knowledge of CDSO curricula, admissions policies, tuition and financing options; resolve routine questions and triage complex cases.
Track daily activity in CRM, produce weekly funnel and retention reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Contribute to virtual orientations, live Q&A sessions, and occasional in-person recruiting or student events.
Assist in setting, monitoring, and updating lead generation strategy in collaboration with internal and external marketing partners.
Represent CDSO professionally at conferences and partner engagements.
Perform other related functions as assigned; this description may not encompass all duties.
Bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience in higher-education recruitment, admissions, advising, sales, or comparable relationship-management role. Demonstrated success meeting performance targets; outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and basic data analysis; commitment to student-centered service. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Master's degree and two years of experience. Experience with at-scale or online graduate programs. Familiarity with UT Austin systems and policies. Spanish or another second-language proficiency. Knowledge of computer science or data-science disciplines.
$60,000+ depending on qualifications
