• Program Development :
• Plan, organize, and implement a diverse range of activities and programs tailored to the interests and needs of the participants.
• Create engaging schedules that accommodate varied interests and skill levels.
• Collaboration :
• Work collaboratively with team members, volunteers, and community partners to ensure a comprehensive and diverse activity calendar.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance program offerings.
• Participant Engagement :
• Build relationships with participants to understand their interests, preferences, and feedback to improve programming.
• Promote activities through newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Administration :
• Maintain accurate records of program participation, feedback, and evaluations to track success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient program delivery.
• Event Coordination :
• Organize special events, workshops, and outings, including logistics, transportation, and necessary permits.
• Ensure all events run smoothly while adhering to safety and health guidelines.
• Supervision and Training :
• Train and supervise volunteers and staff involved in the delivery of activities.
• Provide support and guidance to ensure a positive and productive environment for participants.
