Your Role

As an Associate Dentist, you will :

  • Provide exceptional dental services to our patients, primarily children aged 3-21.
  • Utilize advanced tools like DentaPro software , digital x-ray, and Panorex units.
  • Work alongside a supportive team, including a hygienist, hygiene assistant, and dental assistants.
  • Engage in morning huddles to plan your day and celebrate team successes.
  • Participate in community activities to promote a positive image of our company.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A DDS / DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in your state or eligibility for licensure.
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

    • Working Conditions

    In our offices, you can expect :

  • An average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
  • A diverse patient base, with up to 30% adults depending on location.
  • Training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management annually.
