• Registered Nurses (PRN Flexible) The hired nurse will perform Home Care Assessments in Charlottesville and surrounding areas.  If you love Seniors and interacting with them, and you are looking for a slower-paced, more flex time position, this is the right fit!  The Registered Nurse (RN) staff is responsible for completing the initial and quarterly follow-up nurse assessments to our non-medical home care clients   which include : Veterans and Aging in Place Population.  Nurse Assessments include : Medical History Medication List Current Medical Concerns Set of Vital Signs Care Plan Instructions Home Safety Evaluation Applicants must have a current Virginia RN license, valid driver's license, as well as their own transportation.
• Also, must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
