Join a close-knit team of one physician and five dedicated CRNAs at Baylor Scott and White Sunnyvale.

Board Certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling :

Enjoy a new call model that includes :

7-day call rotation from Saturday to Friday.

Scheduled swing shifts from 10 AM to 6 PM, with later start times when possible.

After your call week, enjoy a scheduled time off (STO) week, including adjacent weekends (9 days).

Followed by three weeks of mixed 8 and 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with NO CALL.

Experience a peel-out schedule for early releases whenever possible.

We pride ourselves on a high retention rate due to our collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases.

Support endoscopy and catheterization lab procedures as needed.

Focus on a community hospital setting without trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics.

Living and Working in Sunnyvale

With 10 weeks off each year, you can enjoy boating on Lake Ray Hubbard and explore the peaceful suburban charm of Sunnyvale. Just outside of Dallas, this community offers a relaxed pace while keeping you close to city conveniences. Rewards and Benefits

Compensation : Guaranteed base salary of $232k plus a quality bonus of up to $8k annually.

Commencement Bonus : $60k offered.

NEW Position : 26-week position available at $199k W2.
