Territory Sales Manager - Bahco Pruning

Bahco manufactures and offers high quality pruning and cutting solutions for professionals working in vineyards, orchards, landscaping, and forestry. In this role, you will showcase Bahco's exceptional products, create lasting customer relationships, and provide superior service and support through active engagement. • Manage current customer relationships, agreements, and generate new leads via cold calling
• Meet face -to-face with a global network of winemakers, fruit and nut producers, in their fields to illustrate the superiority of the Bahco brand through hands-on demonstrations tailored to all organizational levels,from tool users to shop managers and business owners
• Develop and implement strategic stales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
• Exhibit a commitment to safety standards in all aspects of work, including providing education and support to our clients as they purchase and maintain our products
• Prepare detailed reports outlining business plans, transactions, and expenses, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Role requires 75% travel with up to 25% as overnight
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 to 3 years outside sales experience, preferably in the agriculture, hardware or green market segments
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Successful sales record with demonstrated goal achievement
• Strong ability to effectively communicate, both internally and externally, to individuals at all levels within an organization
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Determination to drive results and achieve established goals
• Well versed in Microsoft Office suite products
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record
