Key Responsibilities
Handle complex inbound and outbound requests, providing solutions to technical support inquiries
Document all client service inquiries and issues for tracking purposes
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively address client concerns
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred
4+ years of customer service-related experience
2+ years of call center service-related experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Proficient understanding of the credit card and payment solutions industries is a plus
