The Position :

The Labor Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting compliance-related reporting and analytics for HR and Payroll functions. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and union requirements. The position works closely with the Integrated Services Center (ISC) team to deliver high-quality data and process improvements.

Roles and responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

Assist in developing and delivering workforce analytics to support decision-making.

Data Insights & Process Improvement

Conduct regular audits of HCM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Union Expertise & Operational Support

Provide support in interpreting union collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).

Team Support

Assist team members with day-to-day responsibilities related to compliance and reporting.
