Job Description : Registration Specialist performs registration duties including greeting and assisting patients in an efficient, professional manner.

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Qualifications :

• Must have strong skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation and mathematical calculations.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with conflict situations.
• Must be willing to travel to all Urgent Care Clinics.
• The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the appropriate information needed in order to provide care for the age group of patients served.
