Mountain Aire Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal practice nestled in the scenic mountain community of Lebec, CA .

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : Starting at $100,000+ , negotiable based on experience
Flexible Scheduling : Choose between a 3-day / 12-hour or 4-day / 10-hour workweek

Your Role as an Associate Veterinarian
As part of our collaborative medical team, you'll have the opportunity to practice full-spectrum, traditional veterinary care with a focus on strong client relationships and thorough, thoughtful medicine.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
Performing exams, diagnostics, and formulating treatment plans
Conducting routine surgeries, dental cleanings, and anesthesia monitoring
Communicating with clients with empathy and clarity
Collaborating with our experienced support staff
Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
Participating in internal rounds, case discussions, and ongoing education
What We're Looking For
DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in California
Strong clinical skills with a desire for continued growth
Excellent communicator and team player
Experience in general practice preferred (mentorship available)
Leadership qualities are a plus
