Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detailoriented Senior Manager to lead our Claims Assessment team The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend claims evaluation process ensuring accuracy compliance and timely resolution This role requires strategic thinking strong leadership and deep domain expertise in claims management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the claims assessment team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims
- Develop and implement policies procedures and best practices for claims evaluation and adjudication
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Review complex or highvalue claims and provide expert guidance on resolution
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal finance operations and customer service
- Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to mitigate risk and improve customer satisfaction
- Train mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and analytical capabilities
- Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies in claims management
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Insurance Healthcare Management or related field Masters preferred10 years of experience in claims assessment with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership roleStrong understanding of claims processes fraud detection and regulatory complianceExcellent analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving skillsProven ability to lead teams and manage crossfunctional projectsProficiency in claims management systems and data analytics toolsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills"
