Job Description
The Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub for the organization’s security operations. This role is responsible for monitoring security camera feeds, managing the emergency notification system, receiving and dispatching calls for service, and coordinating the issuance of security equipment. The Dispatcher ensures timely and accurate communication between team members, supports incident response, and contributes to the safety and security of all facilities, staff, and guests in alignment with the organization’s mission.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, employees will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally, and more than 40 pounds infrequently with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Schedule
Monday – Friday 7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 00 p.m. or 3 : 00 p.m. – 11 : 00 p.m.
Schedule may vary according to business needs.
