Title : Janitorial Technician

Location : Blair Nebraska

Salary : $15-$20 per hour

Hours : Mon-Fri 7am-3 : 30pm negotiable

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily :

• Team members must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment.
• Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Removes trash from offices and other work areas. Stripping and waxing of floors, burnishing waxed floors, cleaning, and maintaining carpeted floors, and floor scrubbing of ceramic tile floors.
• Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair. Follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
• Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery on a daily basis such as floor sweepers and brooms.
• Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
• Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
• Communicates with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company's goals and objectives.
• Maintain personal tools required for your job.
• Meet physical requirements of the job.
• Maintain good attendance in accordance with Company policy.
• Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
• Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
• Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.

What Makes Me Qualified?

Experience : Two years' experience in Janitorial / Custodial applications desirable.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is : $17.00 - $20.00
