We are currently seeking an End-Use Specialist in Wallingford, CT .

Summary :

As an End-Use Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth of the NAFTA Construction Chemicals market by serving existing and potential customers through additive recommendations based on experience, Technical Service Requests (TSRs), and projects. This role demands strong knowledge of construction chemicals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

• Set strategy for the NAFTA market in collaboration with the NAFTA Construction Chemicals End-Use Manager and Global Construction Chemicals End-Use Manager.
• Outline, organize, perform, and lead technical service experiments and projects for assigned end-uses, as approved by End-Use Managers.
• Review and modify technical service protocols developed by chemists in the team.
• Mentor and train chemists on construction chemicals test methods and formulations.
• Interface with laboratory staff in Moosburg & Wesel, Germany for process improvement, problem-solving, and new product development.
• Travel to customers and distributors (up to 30-40% of the time) to present lab TSRs, new LP products, and projects independently or with Sales Staff and End-Use Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and handle hazardous waste according to procedures.
