Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to maintain efficiency and communication. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Review blueprints and plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, progress, and any changes to the project scope. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with building codes. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have : proven experience in supervising property construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.
