Job Description

Deal assigned games according to established policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service.

• Deal respective live table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
• Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square.  Pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
• Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
• Notify supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel, or operational problems.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Learn, deal, and rotate through multiple different table games (seated and standing).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
