• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.\n
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.\n\nRequirements\n
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).\n
• This role will require floating to multiple units\n
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.\n
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.\n
• 6 months between Staff at Program : Prime Healthcare (Direct) Program - Main\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Every other weekend, and every other Holiday; calling in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend\n

• We need nurses who can take fresh hearts post op (CABG). High acuity ICU. Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience.\n
• Experience in CRRT-CABG-Stroke-TNK\n\nRequired Credentials : Either DCI / BVP. Driver's License / State ID\n\n7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 05 / 26 / 2025, 07 / 04 / 2025, 09 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025, 12 / 31 / 2025.
