Registered Nurse – Circulating OR Nurse

Shift : Day | 5x8-Hour (06 : 45 – 15 : 15)

Location : Salinas, CA

Key Responsibilities

Circulate in the OR for surgical procedures

Provide direct patient care based on individualized plans

Educate patients and families on care plans and post-op expectations

Collaborate with surgical team members, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards

Participate in continuous quality improvement and nursing practice development

Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Required Certifications & Licensure

Active CA Registered Nurse (RN) License

Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Qualifications

Previous circulating OR nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment

Commitment to patient safety and quality care
