  • Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively in person and by telephone
  • Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
  • Able to perform with a well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
  • Be prepared to exhibit / communicate complete knowledge regarding all products / services
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of products / supplies to assure efficient service
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation including dining room and guest areas
  • Complies with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
  • Completes required tasks within assigned time frames
  • Assists in maintenance, cleanliness, and / or other duties as assigned
  • Follow procedures for opening, closing, and on-going cleanliness
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently
  • Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Obtain local permits / licenses required for alcohol service management
  • Ability to handle money responsibly, accurately, and efficiently
