Attorney - General Litigation
Established (25+ Years) National Litigation Defense Firm Seeking Attorney for General Litigation Matters in Pasadena, CA
An established national litigation defense firm with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team in Pasadena, CA . This Attorney will handle general litigation matters including products liability, personal injury, professional liability, property claims, homeowner association disputes, general liability, premises liability, and construction defect . The firm offers a collegial and supportive environment with significant opportunities for growth and development, backed by a strong infrastructure of legal support and national reach.
Offer :
Salary range : $120,000 - $180,000+, commensurate with experience

Qualifications :
All levels of experience considered, including newly admitted attorneys
Licensed and in good standing to practice in California courts
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Experience with defense litigation in one or more of the following : products liability, personal injury, professional liability, premises liability, general liability, construction defect, property claims, or HOA disputes
Responsibilities :
Managing a caseload involving a variety of litigation defense matters across multiple practice areas
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing discovery responses
Taking and defending depositions
Handling court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
Developing case strategy and advising clients on risk and litigation posture
Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex and high-exposure matters
