About the role :

Lead the go-to-market strategy for an AI-driven product suite

Relentlessly pursue revenue targets and business goals with a results-driven mindset while maintaining a consultative and empathetic approach

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and progress reports to leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, development, and executive teams to align business development efforts with company goals

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure high-value deals

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

What You'll Bring :

SaaS experience in one or more of the following domains : Govtech, Fintech, Property Assessment, Real Estate, or Public Administration

A proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding target.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep sense of client understanding

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex business challenges.

Experience with HubSpot or other related CRM systems.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field, or 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Management or leadership experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation : Starting at $125K+ Base salary plus commission (NO CAP)

Location : Remote, with travel required for client meetings and industry conventions.
