Job Summary

Are you ready to lead a great team and elevate field operations to increase growth and productivity? We are seeking an Electrical service supervisor to work closely with the owner in day-to-day operations, while also directing and working closely with apprentices and managing field operations.  Great communication skills will be needed to work with all team members, General Contractors, homeowners, vendors, etc.  to provide exceptional customer service and quality electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches and / or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed, while            maintaining budgets, labor and materials efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with your expert knowledge
• Supervise and support a team of electricians, ensuring they deliver high-quality work
• Install new electrical systems and repair existing electrical
• Interact professionally with clients
• Communicate effectively with General Contractors, homeowners and team members
• Assist and communicate with scheduling to meet the customer’s needs
• Occasional work on Fridays when there are time constraints
• Occasional emergency calls on the weekend, notice will be given
