The Role :

As an Estimator, youll play a key role in the preconstruction process, preparing accurate cost estimates and working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure competitive and complete bids. Youll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects, from early conceptual budgets through to final bids.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up commercial projects across multiple sectors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Develop accurate quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project management and business development teams throughout preconstruction.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality bids.
