We are a fast-growing, plaintiff-side employment law firm dedicated to protecting workers' rights and achieving meaningful legal outcomes through strategic litigation. Our team is passionate about representing employees in complex legal matters, particularly in the areas of wage and hour violations and class / collective actions. As we expand our impact, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Location : Remote (Candidates must be based in New York)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience Level : Senior (4+ years)

Position Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law , specifically handling class action and wage and hour matters. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in New York and be licensed to practice in the state.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment, possesses exceptional legal writing and litigation skills, and is committed to advancing justice on behalf of workers.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage wage and hour class and collective action litigation (from investigation through resolution).
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents with a high degree of precision.
  • Conduct depositions, appear in court, and represent clients in mediations and settlement conferences.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys or legal staff (as applicable).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and co-counsel on litigation strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements :

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar.
  • 4+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on class action and wage and hour law (FLSA, NYLL).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation independently.
  • Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for workers’ rights and social justice.
