About this role :
Our clients, Chief Audit Executives or the senior-most individuals responsible for Audit responsibilities find themselves challenged with the pace of change within the Audit function and their respective organizations as companies continue to adapt to increasingly complex regulatory and oversight environments globally while working to shift their business models to move faster and grow their companies. With the support of their Executive Partner, our Gartner for CAE clients more adeptly align their audit priorities to the companies most critical objectives and drive the organizational changes needed to drive the greatest outcomes for their companies. As an Executive Partner, you will have the opportunity to deliver solutions for the most critical audit and oversight challenges facing companies across all industries.
Partnering with our clients means that no two days are the same; you could be supporting the development of the overall audit department strategy and long-term vision, providing recommendations on assessing audit department workload and creating performance metrics and budgets, advising in building or growing the audit operations team to support critical transformation objectives (including things like leveraging AI), managing or restructuring audit teams. Clients will also look to you for advice and support on working more closely with the Audit Committee and the broader Board, CEO, and the rest of the management team on critical business goals and risks, communicating the value of the audit function, and establishing effective governance and oversight processes. You will support clients as they work to provide assurance over emerging risks to the company and support the Audit Committee in performing their oversight role. Gartner for CAE EPs serve as accountability partners through delivery of Gartner research insights and personal experiences / expertise on key initiatives, priorities, and strategies of their CAE clients.
What You'll Do
o Working with the sales teams to help them understand the true value of the Guided Product to the member vs the Self-Directed product.
o Building their confidence and ability to effectively engage with and sell to this level of C-suite prospect.
o Through the creation of Value Stories, enable the sales associates to bring the service to life.
o You will be partnering with sales on account planning / development activities as well as being present in proof-of-concept (POC) engagements with prospective clients.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 193,000 USD - 225,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
