Position Overview :

Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team in West Ashley. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people feel confident about their smiles, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is preferred but not required were willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures
• Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment areas
• Support doctors in delivering high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care
• Educate patients on orthodontic hygiene, retainer care, and treatment progress
• Build positive relationships with patients and families to ensure a five-star experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
