What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients navigating HR technology challengesEngage with customers to understand their business requirements and deliver effective solutionsDevelop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and design risksConduct research to address customer inquiries and deliver small scope consulting servicesCollaborate with an Engagement Manager to facilitate workshops and reviews that enhance customer feature adoptionWhat is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects5+ years of experience specifically in Payroll3+ years of Workday consulting experience or as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME)Strong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree or related experience requiredHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
