Patent Prosecution Attorney

Overview

We have an immediate in‑office opening for an experienced Patent Prosecutor in our Utah, Orange County, San Francisco, or New York office. We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of recent experience, including conducting invention disclosure meetings and preparing new applications in the electrical engineering or computer science areas. USPTO bar membership is required. A strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations is required. Mandarin fluency is preferred but not required.

Base pay range

$187,000.00 / yr - $195,000.00 / yr

Location

Utah, Orange County (CA), San Francisco (CA), or New York offices

Responsibilities / Requirements

• 4+ years of recent patent prosecution experience in electrical engineering or computer science
• USPTO bar membership
• Strong technical understanding of integrated circuits and related innovations
• Conducting invention disclosure meetings and preparing new patent applications
• In-office work in listed locations (flexible as per firm needs)
• Mandarin fluency preferred but not required
