Experience : 2+ years of CT experience, 1 year of previous travel experience

License : ARRT, BLS (AHA or ARC)

Certifications : BLS, ARRT

Must-Have : Pediatric and Geriatric Patient Population Experience, Level I Trauma Experience, EPIC Experience

Description :

Performs imaging procedures in an efficient and safe manner.

Customers may include neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, or geriatric patients.

Performs imaging exams and procedures accurately.

Applies critical thinking skills appropriately.

Recognizes emergent situations and responds appropriately.

Maintains accurate medical records.

Ensures confidentiality of all medical records.

Utilizes imaging and computer systems correctly.

Interacts with physicians, team members, customers, and families in a professional manner.

Has access to medications appropriate to job duties.

Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.

The technologist is accountable to demonstrate proficiency for the skills outlined in the appropriate position skills list.

The technologist is accountable to maintain skill proficiency, including improvement where deemed necessary, and upgrading any additional or new skills on the appropriate position skills list.
