Design Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Design Program Coordinator to support a dynamic design team. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and enabling designers to deliver outstanding user experiences. The coordinator will collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Operations

• Plan, execute, and deliver design projects with precision and timeliness.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to maintain high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional meetings.
• Manage documentation, project trackers, and team resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Team Support & Culture

Process Optimization

Skills Project coordination, project management, scheduling and meeting facilitation, reporting and documentation, support and planning.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00 / hr.
