I'm hiring an experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong GC background to take charge of ground-up and renovation projects across Houston. This role is with a well established general contractor known for its history of leadership, long-standing client relationships and repeat business. Their team of industry-leading professionals delivers exceptional service on complex projects across education, civic, and commercial markets and now theyre looking for a proven leader to help drive their next chapter of success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day to day field operations on multiple concurrent projects
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors and crews to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence
- Manage projects from mobilization through closeout, including warranty work
- Partner with project managers, architects, engineers and owners to maintain scope and expectations
- Drive site safety programs and cultivate a culture of accountability
