In this role, you'll have the team, tools, recognition, and collaboration needed to build a pipeline and win deals -while helping your clients thrive. What you will do
- Own and expand revenue within a defined set of existing health system clients
- Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans aligned to client goals, with a focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Lead consultative discovery processes to understand each prospect's unique challenges and align FinThrive solutions accordingly
- Maintain customer C-suite and VP-level relationships across departments
- Conduct proactive quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure client success and identify new value opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Strategy, and Product teams to develop tailored solution recommendations and account strategies
- Consistently maintain an active, healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast in Salesforce
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals with a focus on ROI, value realization, and strategic alignment
- Represent FinThrive at healthcare industry events and association meetings to deepen client relationships and develop new opportunities
What you will bring
5+ years of healthcare RCM technology sales experience with a proven record of exceeding annual Booking quota attainmentProven success selling to large health systems and navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cyclesAbility to think strategically while executing tactically to grow revenue within assigned accountsExperience selling six- and seven-figure technology deals in healthcare revenue cycle managementExcellent planning, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to thrive when leading customer sales meetings and ROI discussions with hospital leadershipHigh accountability and entrepreneurial spiritProficiency with CRM and other modern sales toolsAbility to work daily within the Illinois and Indiana territory that is listed for this existing account sales roleWillingness to travel up to 50% or more as neededWhat we would like to see
Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)Knowledge of Epic, Meditech and Cerner EHR ecosystemsHFMA or NAHAM membership or certificationProficiency with SFDC, Gong, and SeismicAbout FinThrive
