Job Title : IT Field Service Engineer (Level II MSP Experience Required)
Overview
Netsurit's mission is to "Support the dreams of the doers." This role supports employees and helps clients by taking the burden of day-to-day IT operations off their shoulders. Location : North Jersey / New York Metro Regional Office – Kenilworth, NJ. Work Type : Hybrid (Field, Office). This role will require travelling to client locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical services to clients based in the New Jersey / New York metro markets
- Research technically sound solutions to small and medium business technology environments
- Utilize monitoring tools and services to support the client base
- Provide outstanding customer service with direct interaction with the client base
- Document projects and support calls with clear and concise communications
- Set up system and network architecture for new and current business clients
- Install multi-vendor hardware technologies in Server, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN
- Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
