What You'll Do Execute various administrative functions including but not limited to :
What We're Looking For Experience : 1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience. Education : High School diploma, or associate's degree is a big plus. Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate. Dependability : Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Resident Focus : A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents. Operational Excellence : You're deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality. Technically Savvy : You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
