What You’ll Do

As a DevOps Engineer, you will assist the Engineering Operations team in supporting and enabling our growing software organization. You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our continuous integration & continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines and development infrastructure. You will work closely with our Technical Lead and the rest of the Scrum team in an Agile software environment. You’ll collaborate with our software engineering teams and with our IT organization to achieve a robust and scalable development and release environment. This is an entry-level position with significant opportunity for technical career growth.

• Implement DevOps maintenance and enhancement user stories as part of the Engineering Operations Scrum team
• Support CI / CD infrastructure both on-prem and in Azure Cloud
• Assist developers and QA engineers with day-to-day usage of CI infrastructure
• Support internal and external desktop and Cloud product releases
• Work with our central IT organization and local IT technician to address issues and coordinate IT infrastructure improvements
• Work with central InfoSec organization to remediate software application and OS vulnerabilities throughout the org

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
