JOB TITLE - BILLING CLERK (BULK RECONCILIATION)

JOB SUMMARY

Reconciling

deliveries for invoicing, tracking specific data using Access database and

Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, v-look-ups preferred) We are

seeking an achievement-oriented and highly motivated Billing Clerk that is

comfortable with an extremely fast paced environment and heavy billing.

JOB FUNCTIONS

The Billing Clerk will be responsible for reconciling

deliveries for invoicing and tracking specific data using Access databases

and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, v-look-ups preferred). This position

will rely on efficient and thorough computer skills including talented Data

Entry, 10 Key - at least 7,200 KSPH, and experience with Microsoft Excel.

This is in a general office environment, and the Billing Clerk must be able

to sit for long periods of time, be a reliable asset to the team, motivated,

and exceptionally organized. The selected candidate will report to the

Billing Supervisor. He / She will be responsible for reconciled Drivers Trips

Reports and shipping orders from two of our locations, deliveries of liquid

oxygen, nitrogen and argon. Specific responsibilities include, but are not

limited to : determine customer billing requirements, verify tank

readings, and reporting on excel spreadsheets.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must be

able to work well both independently and as part of a group in a fast-paced

environment

Must be

able to work Monday through Friday with a minimum of 40 hours week

Need to

be able to sit for long periods of time, reliable, quick-learner, self-starter,

team player, highly organized, motivated

Data

entry, basic computer skills, 10-key, accounting background a plus but not a

requirement

Must

possess excellent communication and analytical skills as well as be computer

literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Education

High

School Diploma / GED

Performs

other duties as assigned
