The Role :

Step into a key position as a full-time Physician Assistant at TNI, where your expertise will be crucial in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing sleep disorders. In a collaborative environment with physicians, sleep technologists, and support staff, you'll deliver top-tier care, enhancing our patients' sleep health and overall well-being.

Your Impact :

  • Thorough Evaluations : Perform detailed assessments, gather medical histories, conduct physical exams, and evaluate sleep concerns.
  • Diagnostic Interpretation : Analyze sleep studies, including polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests, to inform patient care.
  • Collaborative Diagnosis & Care Planning : Partner with physicians to pinpoint diagnoses and craft effective treatment strategies.
  • Treatment Oversight : Craft and execute tailored treatment plans, manage medications and interventions and educate patients on sleep hygiene and lifestyle changes.
  • Ongoing Care : Manage follow-up visits, adjust treatments as needed, and coordinate specialist referrals while meticulously documenting patient encounters.
  • Patient Advocacy : Deliver care with empathy and compassion, support patients and families, and address concerns to ensure a supportive treatment journey.

Who You Are :

  • Holder of a current PA license in Virginia.
  • While experience in sleep medicine is a plus, it's not mandatory.
  • Possessing sharp clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
  • A communicator with stellar interpersonal skills.
  • Devoted to patient-first healthcare.
  • A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.
