Job Title
Prepare and process title applications for new and used vehicles. Process paperwork to establish or transfer ownership of a vehicle, such as handling registration paperwork, license plate tags, and tax documents. Verify accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens, and titles. Enter financial data into the accounting system and verify for accuracy. Submit title paperwork. Monitor and update customer accounts. Resolve title discrepancies, missing documents or errors. Send out bills or contracts for signing. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Communicate with customers and provide updates in tag process.
Administrative customer service, Microsoft excel, Data entry, Title Clerk, Customer service.
High School Diploma required. 2-3 years prior experience in a Title Clerk role. Strong communication skills both internal and external. Must possess a high level of attention to detail. Out of state experience highly preferred. Ability to work both independently and on a team and communicate across multiple departments.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
