Job Title : Program Manager

Work Location : Herndon, VA (On-Site / Office)

Security Clearance : Active TS / SCI

Schedule : Full-Time U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic Program Manager that will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of complex programs that align with enterprise level objectives. They will oversee the full contract lifecycle, executing strategic initiatives that support business transformation and organizational growth.

Lead a cross-functional team providing guidance to personnel on contract, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and objectives.

Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, schedule milestones, cost baselines, and technical performance metrics.

Lead internal and external program reviews, including briefings and customer status updates; ensuing delivery is clear and accurate to stakeholders.

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and potential external partners to foster strategic partnerships for future collaboration.

Oversee the full program lifecycle from planning to execution, maintaining schedules, budget and contractual obligations while mitigating risks.

Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to maintain program health and customer satisfaction.

Support strategic planning and proposal development for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Five (5) or more years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing multiple program staff, including direct labor, subcontractors, suppliers and customer personnel.

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Must be able to obtain or verify an active TS / SCI security clearance.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and cultivate collaboration among team members.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

Must be willing to travel up to 30% (CONUS).

Physical Requirements : The work is performed in an office environment and is primarily sedentary in nature. The individual will be required to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time and alternate between different stationary positions. The individual must also be able to move about the office at times. This position requires the ability to communicate frequently. This position may occasionally require the ability to ascend stairs, reach, stoop, kneel, lift light to medium objects, view and operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment and to withstand moderate noise and temperatures. This position does require travel between various customer sites, in addition to travel for business conferences, customer meetings, and other government and / or contractual needs.
