Position Summary
The Experiential Marketing Lead reports to the Manager of Consumer Sales Training and plays a pivotal role within the Product & Technical Training team. This position is responsible for designing and executing high-impact experiential marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, product education, and customer engagement across multiple sales channels. Events include Bridgestone Drive & Learn, Product Launches, Winter Driving School, and Teens Drive Smart, with a focus on strategic messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable impact. The role requires a blend of creative vision, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and logistical execution. Key capabilities include project and vendor management, public speaking, digital marketing, and design sensibilities aligned with brand standards. Experience with navigating technically complex software systems including data visualization and event management software such as Cvent is preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus. This role will travel extensively to support the programs they lead across the US and Canada up to 50%.
