We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer.

Job Summary :

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex network systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. You will work with other IT teams and departments to design network architectures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the network meets the growing demands of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Network Design & Architecture : Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure for both local and wide area networks (LAN / WAN). Ensure the network meets the current and future needs of the business.
• Network Management : Oversee and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Ensure the network operates at peak performance with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve network-related issues quickly. Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
• Security : Implement network security policies and practices to safeguard the organization’s data and infrastructure. Monitor the network for security vulnerabilities and respond to threats proactively.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Continuously monitor the network’s performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize network operations to support high availability.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation on network configurations, procedures, and architecture. Ensure all network changes are properly documented and updated.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., Systems, Security, and DevOps) to integrate network requirements into broader projects and initiatives.
• Project Management : Lead or participate in network-related projects, ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, and timely execution.
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with third-party vendors for the installation and support of network hardware and software.
