We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor / Manager to lead and oversee the accounts payable operations within our organization. Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the accounts payable team to ensure the timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Oversee invoice coding and approval workflows to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments while ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitor exception handling processes and resolve issues effectively to minimize disruptions.
• Lead efforts to strengthen vendor relationships through clear communication and efficient payment practices.
• Collaborate with corporate procurement teams to align accounts payable functions with broader organizational goals.
• Utilize systems like SAP Ariba and Ariba to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts payable activities for management review.
• Proven experience in accounts payable management or a similar supervisory role.
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba or other accounts payable software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling exceptions and resolving payment-related issues.
• Solid understanding of corporate procurement processes and vendor management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from reports.
