Job Description Summary
Assists the physician in the evaluation and treatment of patients in the Urgent Care setting.
Responsibilities And Duties

Assessment and evaluation of patient, H&P's, orders, tests, etc.
5%
Assist in reviewing x-ray reports, lab results and contacting patient appropriately as instructed.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree (Required)AANP - American Association of Nurse Practitioners - American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, CNS - Clinical Nurse Specialist - National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists
Additional Job Description
Must have a current RN license and maintain this license from the Ohio Board of Nursing Must have a current COA and maintain this license from the Ohio Board of Nursing Must have current Certification and maintain this Certification from a national certifying body (ANCC, AANP, etc. . . ) Must have graduated from an accredited CNP program (Nursing and graduate of an accredited post-Master's Nurse Practitioner Program). Must have ACLS Certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Three to five years clinical nursing practice in the acute care setting. Requires full prescriptive authority within two years of employment.
